My experience

Important safety note: this product is for supervised, awake use only. Never use it for sleep, never leave baby on it unattended, and never place it in the crib during sleep. Pillows, inclined surfaces, and soft positioners pose a suffocation risk; baby must always sleep flat on their back on a firm, flat, non-inclined surface. (American Academy of Pediatrics & Safe to Sleep).
Use it as a stroller pad only. Do not place it as an extra layer under your child inside a car seat — any non-original padding between the child and the seat's harness can loosen the harness fit and reduce crash protection. Always route the stroller's straps through the liner's slots and keep them snug on your child.
